"My first experience...has made me a life long customer."

My first experience at Pflueger Honda has made me a life long customer. This is all thanks to Gordon Santucci and Angela Malone. Also, I won't forget Nolan Hee. In a business like yours, I find it rare to come across one superior, honest, truly kind-hearted person who cares first about another ones needs and feelings before they care about what you are spending. I had the pleasure that person when I met Gordon and then to my surprise you had two more employees, Angela and Nolan, like this. Having these three people involved in the purchase of my new car turned what has been a horrible, terrifying experience in the past, into a most enjoyable one. I was so happy to sign those papers without hesitation and I was having so much fun, I didn't want to leave (even though it was after 10pm). Gordon and Angela absolutely worked way harder than anyone else would have to help me out of my unsafe car and to still be within a budget I could handle. I could go o forever and not be able to say enough great things. Your company should be honored to have Gordon, Angela and Nolan providing your customer service, I am honored to have met them.
My husbands next truck will be a Honda (from Gordon), my daughters first car will be a Honda (from Gordon) and as for me, well my Fit, as Honda history goes, should last a very long time. Thank you all for everything you did for me.
